Ishman Studio accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless a longer period is required by applicable law or has been expressly approved by Ishman Studio.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The item must not have visible stains, scratches, signs of wear, or other customer-caused damage.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included when they were provided with the order.

  • All components and accessories included with the original order must be returned.

  • The item must be in a condition that allows Ishman Studio to inspect it and determine its condition.

We accept eligible returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Incorrect item received.

  • Manufacturing or product defect.

  • Damage that occurred during shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Items clearly identified as Final Sale.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without required original tags, packaging, components, or accessories when their absence prevents reasonable inspection of the returned item.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products identified as non-refundable.

  • Products specifically identified on the product page as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an item damaged during shipping, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Order number.

  • Name used when placing the order.

  • Name of the item you want to return.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions if the return is eligible.

Do not send a return package before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns requested because of a change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect selection, duplicate purchase, or another reason unrelated to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For the following situations, Ishman Studio is responsible for reasonable return shipping costs:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item has a manufacturing or product defect.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

  • The item is materially different from the item ordered.

If you believe your return falls into one of these situations, contact us before returning the item.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are not refundable for customer-requested returns due to a change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect selection, or duplicate purchase.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive the returned item, Ishman Studio will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

For an eligible return, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the purchase.

After Ishman Studio issues the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be denied. If a refund is denied, we will notify you using the contact information associated with the order.

7. Restocking Fee

Ishman Studio does not charge a restocking fee.

Eligible returns will not be subject to a percentage-based restocking fee.

8. Partial Returns

If an order contains multiple items, you may return individual items rather than the entire order, provided the returned items meet the return conditions.

Items that are not returned remain part of the original order.

If the original order qualified for free shipping and a partial return reduces the remaining order value below the $50 free-shipping threshold, the applicable $5.99 shipping charge may be deducted from the refund for the returned item.

9. Exchanges

Ishman Studio does not offer guaranteed direct exchanges for all products.

If you would like a different item, please contact us. Depending on product availability, we may instruct you to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us before returning it so we can provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Lost or Damaged Return Packages

For customer-paid returns, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and retaining the shipping receipt until the return has been delivered to Ishman Studio.

If a customer-paid return package is lost or damaged while being transported to Ishman Studio, contact us and provide:

  • Order number.

  • Return tracking number.

  • Shipping carrier.

  • Proof of shipment.

  • Photos of the package or item, if available.

If the return package has not been delivered to Ishman Studio, we may need to rely on the carrier's tracking information or investigation before determining the refund.

For approved returns involving defective products, incorrect items, or shipping damage where Ishman Studio is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
